Do physicians in a psychiatric unit of a hospital routinely test their patients for Hepatitis C?

no they dont . my opion?

Do physicians in a psychiatric unit of a hospital routinely test their patients for Hepatitis C?
pretty much these days any unit of the hospital that you have to be admitted into will test you for hepatitis c, or b, or a, for that matter~ i know it can come up on a regular drs. office visit/physical, as it is a standard blood test~ (CBC). they will check your liver enzymes, and if they are elevated, then they would look for hepatitis.
