Note I dont want to take the test then get neg. and start the next day.

Sometimes that happens... I know right now I have had the light cramps and took one of the preg. test and it came back negitive.. I haven't had my period for 3 months... and I know I'm not pregnant..

Reply:You could have taken the test about 15 days ago. Some tests can detect the pregnancy hormone 5 days BEFORE your missed period. So if your 10 past your period go ahead it should be pretty acurate. Good luck I hope you get the answer you are hoping for.
Reply:I would wait another 4-7 days to be sure your taking it too early and getting a false test.

Reply:Most test these days you can take 5 day before your missed period..So 10 days late is plenty of time to take a test with a correct response!


Also, it is best to take the test when you first wake up in the morning...


I took my test the day I was suppose to start my period and I had been cramping for over a week and I was still pregnant.


So cramping may not be a sign of your period.

Reply:Most pregnancy tests these days are sensitive enough to pick up a pregnancy by the time you're 10 days late. Go for it.
